Thank you for choosing GuitarElectronics.com Inc. We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is guaranteed! In the unlikely event you are not happy with any item, you may return it within THIRTY DAYS of purchase for a refund (less shipping fees) under the following conditions:

1.	You must contact us for a return authorization number. Items returned without a RA# will be Not be processed for refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2.�	All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of delivery and include an RA# and copy of the original receipt.
3.	Products returned must be in 100% new/resalable condition.
4.	Electrical items that have been soldered or has cut wires may NOT be returned or exchanged.
5.	Products returned must have all of the original undamaged packing.
6.	Additional shipping fees may be charged on exchanges.
