Order Being Processed -
Log In
and click on the order number you wish to get an update
on. |

Recent
- New order received waiting
for processing |
|
Pending
- Order is waiting for
verification of payment, stock status, or clarification. |
|
Approved
- Order has been verified, payment has been
processed and sent to the shipping department. Approved orders can
not be modified or canceled. |
|
Completed
- Order has been completed
and shipped. |

Status of a Pending or Backordered Item:

and click on the order number you wish to get an update
on. Then view the ORDER NOTES field
located at the bottom of the screen for updated
information. |

To Get a Return Authorization: First view our
Return Policies. If your items are eligible for
return, use the form below and enter
the order number and "Return Authorization" in the subject
field and list items to be returned. |
